When is my appointment confirmed?
Your time is reserved as soon as you book. Your appointment is valid only after the studio confirms your $15 deposit has been received. Keep your private booking-status link to check for confirmation.
How long should I allow?
Plan for 90 minutes for Fresh Face or Soft Glam. Allow extra time before an event so you can enjoy your appointment without rushing.
What comes with my makeup?
Eyelashes and eyebrow shaping are included with both Fresh Face and Soft Glam. Tell us your preferences at your appointment.
How should I prepare?
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and clean lashes. Bring any inspiration photos you’d like to share. Discuss product sensitivities directly with the artist before your appointment.
How does the deposit work?
Your $15 deposit goes toward your service. Contact the studio to arrange payment; your appointment is valid once the studio confirms receipt.
What if my plans change?
Contact the studio as soon as possible to discuss a cancellation or a new date. Please check the final booking policies with the studio before your visit.
